Are you that special mix of Salesforce Developer/Customer Support/Project team member? We have an opportunity for you!

With the recent increase in Retail Sales in the Brisbane market our customer has been experiencing growth resulting in the requirement for a Senior Salesforce Analyst to join them. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on projects, as well as support the business with day to day business activities. 

Although the company is a large enterprise in size, this team is a dynamic group who have a real passion for what they do. They work hard and take the time to celebrate the wins.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide design guidance in line with the business requirements
  • Perform 3rd level product support
  • Ensure that business needs are being met by the solutions provided
  • Work with the team to help increase productivity and business performance.
  • Take responsibility and ownership of delivering positive outcomes for the business via the CRM tool

A typical day will include but not be limited to:

  • Configuring objects, layout etc in Salesforce
  • Designing and creating the underlying data structure and data flow to support the application build
  • Actively participate in improving best practices, standards and policies
  • Communicate with team members to ensure projects and timelines are delivered
  • Working on R&D projects which including creating prototypes to support the solutions being built
  • Working with business analysts, development team members and other business stakeholders to ensure the best solutions are found.

To be successful for this role you will need:

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Have experience working with Salesforce (certifications desirable)
  • Ability to problem solve with a clear analytical though process
  • Be able to work in a team to deliver positive business outcomes
  • Have an infectious positive attitude
  • Ideally have experience at level 2 Support or higher
