The Opportunity

We provide best-of-breed recruitment technology powered by people who live and breathe talent acquisition. 

Currently, we’re on the lookout for Business Development Executives to join our high-performing team and connect with Enterprise-level organisations (200+ staff), across various industries, to create quality conversations around their recruitment needs

You’ll work on a full-time basis from our expansive, riverfront Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane.

Working primarily with outbound leads, you’ll strive to discover an organisation’s recruitment goals or challenges, and identify which Scout Talent Software and/or Recruitment Services will help them attract and secure the best talent.

What we’ll offer you

  • Expected first-year earnings between $70,000 – $80,000, including a negotiable base & uncapped commissions, plus super (with our high-performers earning circa $130k-$150k)
