We currently have more than 850 consultants assisting our clients across Australia and are continuing to grow at a rapid pace. Through the delivery of services and implementation of new systems, processes and technology, we assist our clients to gain competitive advantage and reach new heights.

We are looking to engage an experienced Video Conferencing-Tech Support for a period of 6 months with a leading telecommunications client.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Managing the scheduling and launching of video calls

Troubleshooting callers with access problems

Providing in-conference support such as changing layouts, muting and unmuting participants, etc.

Endpoint Maintenance

Run test calls

Run training sessions to demonstrate best practices for video conferencing.

Coordinate technical issue resolution for video conferencing and AV issues with managed service desk

Open trouble tickets with the relevant teams if required

Provide documentation in form of laminated cheat sheets in conference room

Provide support for video conference events, and preparation of such events, as directed by the user

Provide a clear and helpful interface between the Managed Collaboration Service team and the end-user when supporting conference events or troubleshooting incidents outside of a conference event

Provide direct assistance to the user community following best practices for scheduling video conferences and assist with any part of the booking life cycle (ie modification or cancellation)

Provide direct assistance to the user community following best practices for utilising the client’s conferencing and AV facilities as required

Provide direct assistance to the user community following best practices for creating, attending and running a video conference

Provide focused executive support and assistance for video conference and client events to ensure smooth operations

Track and document all requests for reporting purposes
