FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including, Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.

We are looking for a Technical Support Officer with expertise in Office 365 to support across the business and to work in various project initiatives. You will be seen as the SME for Office 365 and will be the go to person support the business and the team in building their knowledge and how know.

You will also be establishing and updating knowledge artefacts along with working with the incident/problem management team to resolve reoccuring issues.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience working within a large enterprise support environment (MS Exchange, Active Directory 2010, Azure AD, Windows Server 2012)
  • Extensive experience in supporting a SOE/MOE environment
  • Experience in the deployment and support of MS Office 2016 and MS Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem diagnosis, triage and resolution skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills dealing both internal and external customers
  • strong understanding of the ITIL framework

This contract role is will be a 3-6 month project
