Job Overview

Large Government Agency seeking a Senior CRM Administrator with a minimum 5+ years’ experience of MS Dynamics CRM admin, configuration, and support.

You will be required to, as a part of a team, provide highly complex technical support for the Agencies ICT systems based on the Microsoft CRM platform including Consular Information System(CIS), Security Clearance Management System(SCMS), Contact and Events and support for CIS enhancements and completion of the CIS and SCMS upgrade projects.

Mandatory Selection Criteria:

  1. Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years’ experience of MS Dynamics CRM administration, configuration, and support .
  2. Demonstrated experience in trouble shooting plug-ins using Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK.
  3. Technical writing skills and experience maintaining technical documentation.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
