We have an outstanding opportunity for a Project Scheduler with strong experience in Primavera (P6) and ideally a background in telecommunications to join this large program of work.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong background managing project schedules in large enterprise environments.

  • Updating and maintaining an integrated project schedule in based on inputs from multiple Domain projects.
  • Monitoring and tracking actual progress, comparing to baseline and reporting against key milestones to the Manager.
  • Maintaining a short-term summary schedule of upcoming activities for the project.
  • Providing the management team with day-to-day visibility of upcoming tasks and potential resource conflicts and/or opportunities for schedule synergies.
  • Other general coordination duties as required; assisting in the preparation of project status reports, stakeholder presentations and team communications, documenting, monitoring and reporting all risks, issues and actions associated with the technical delivery of the project.
