ABOUT THE ROLE

 

An Australian Enterprise Organisation is currently looking for a switched on Pricing Administrator who has ideally worked within the Pricing department of a medium to large environment.

Operating within Strategic Pricing, and reporting to the GM, you will be an integral member of the Pricing team and will be providing critical support by managing the incoming pipeline of work for the team including review and allocation of all customised pricing requests.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

 

  • Checking accuracy of incoming information relating to the incoming pricing requests
  • Generating relevant reports to support customised pricing analysis
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders
  • Managing and responding to general queries regarding customised pricing opportunities

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

 

Your proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people at all levels, including working well in a dead-line driven, high-pressure environments will contribute to your success in the role as well as;

  • Experience working in medium to large environments
  • Comfortable in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Be switched on and be able to pick up things up quickly
  • Experience working in a Pricing team (Ideal)
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and will be able to prioritise effectively.  You must be team-focused and take initiative to pick up new business systems and databases quickly. 
  • Previous experience using Maxim (internal database) is preferred but not essential; however proficiency with the MS Office suite will be.
