The Organisational Change Analyst will deliver change management activities to support the implementation of a state wide system for my client. Working as part of the implementation team, the Change Analyst supports users to transition to the new IT solution thorough change impact analyses to fully understand current practice and system use across all staff groups, including nursing, medical, allied health and corporate staff. The Change Analyst will also help formulate change plans to help users transition to the new ways of working including assessing change readiness and working closely with other teams in delivering change.

This role works closely with various teams to deliver outcomes including the Rostering Best Practice Team, training, communications and industrial relations to support Health Agency implementation. This role requires excellent communication and team work skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with a broad range of teams and individuals across multiple organisations

This position is also responsible for ensuring the toolset used by the Change stream are relevant and efficient in supporting state wide change initiatives such as facilitating business process redesign, impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.

Traveling to rural areas will be a big part of this role but the main base will be in Gladesville.
