ABOUT THE ROLE The Executive Assistant works as part of a team responsible for providing a wide range of high-level administrative support services to executives and senior managers that is intuitive, proactive and highly efficient. Provide effective calendar management, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary. Arrange appointments, meetings and events; including venues, travel arrangements and accommodation and processing claims for expenses. Proactively drive continuous improvement in administrative support systems, policies and procedures. Provide high quality and professional office hospitality to visitors. Maintain utmost confidentiality and professional rapport at all times. Organise and maintain effective filing systems. Provide cover for other Personal Assistants as required. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Supporting executives and senior level management; or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education/training. Excellent attention to detail, including proof reading skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. Demonstrated ability to work under sustained pressure and to tight deadlines. Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times. Demonstrated ability to work accurately and maintain high levels of productivity without close supervision. A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise to achieve successful outcomes.
