The Executive Assistant works as part of a team responsible for providing a wide range of high-level administrative support services to executives and senior managers that is intuitive, proactive and highly efficient.

  • Provide effective calendar management, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
  • Arrange appointments, meetings and events; including venues, travel arrangements and accommodation and processing claims for expenses. 
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement in administrative support systems, policies and procedures. 
  • Provide high quality and professional office hospitality to visitors.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality and professional rapport at all times.
  • Organise and maintain effective filing systems.
  • Provide cover for other Personal Assistants as required.



  • Supporting executives and senior level management; or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education/training.
  • Excellent attention to detail, including proof reading skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under sustained pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately and maintain high levels of productivity without close supervision.
  • A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills with a positive can-do outlook, displaying resilience and a calm manner under pressure.
