FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.

In Queensland our growth continues, especially in our Managed Service practice and as a result we have several new roles available in our team.

We are looking experienced Desktop Support Officers to work on a customer site. The initial contract will be through until the end of October with possible extensions.

In this customer service driven role you will be responsible for Level 2 & 3 Desktop Support across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be confident providing support over the phone, remotely and in person. You will be required to take ownership of customer queries and ensure they are resolved in a timely and professional manner. In this diverse role you will also be involved in assisting with a number of ongoing projects.

Required Skills:
To be successful in the role you will be required to build effective relationships with customers and have well developed communication skills. Technically you will have strong troubleshooting skills and be experienced with Server 2012/2016, Exchange 2013/2016, Win 7/8, SCCM and Active Directory. A good understanding of Networking is a must. This role is suited to individual who enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
