Are you an experienced and skilled Customer Support Consultant available for an immediate to utilise your administration skills?

Our well established and esteemed client is seeking services of an experienced and Customer Support Officer to join their support team and assist them in looking after valuable clients.

To be considered for this position, you will need to experience in the following:

  • Exceptional phone etiquettes, customer focus
  • Excellent written skills. Corporate writing, email writing is must.
  • Follow up phone call to previous clients to provide an ongoing service & support.
  • Confirming, recording, and accurately entering information over the phone from the customer in a professional manner
  • Understanding of Superannuation products and companies.
  • Financial & banking market experience.
  • Build professional relationships with customers through ongoing phone contact
  • Ability to communicate effectively with design and business team members to evaluate and understand functional, technical and business requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
