Manage and resolve customer incidents and service requests for a major Telco in the Sydney CBD.

You will work with customers to keep them informed of the status of their incidents while making sure to raise difficult issues to appropriate employees.

This team works on a 12 hour shift schedule and both day and night shifts are available. The team is looking for someone willing to fill any of the following shifts:

  • Monday 7pm – 7am
  • Tuesday 7pm – 7am
  • Wednesday 7pm – 7am
  • Thursday 7pm – 7am
  • Friday 7pm – 7am
  • Saturday 7am – 7pm
  • Sunday 7am – 7pm


Your CV will make mention of as much of the following as possible:

  • Confirmation that you hold Baseline Security Clearance from AGSVA (For more info on Baseline Security Clearance:
  • Previous Customer Service or Help Desk Experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office 
  • Networking and/or telecommunications experience
