You will work with customers to keep them informed of the status of their incidents while making sure to raise difficult issues to appropriate employees. This team works on a 12 hour shift schedule and both day and night shifts are available. The team is looking for someone willing to fill any of the following shifts: Monday 7pm – 7am Tuesday 7pm – 7am Wednesday 7pm – 7am Thursday 7pm – 7am Friday 7pm – 7am Saturday 7am – 7pm Sunday 7am – 7pm Your CV will make mention of as much of the following as possible: Confirmation that you hold Baseline Security Clearance from AGSVA (For more info on Baseline Security Clearance: http://www.defence.gov.au/AGSVA/getting-a-clearance.asp) Previous Customer Service or Help Desk Experience Ability to work in a team environment Experience working with Microsoft Office Networking and/or telecommunications experience Please note: You must be an Australian Citizen and have baseline security clearance in order to be considered.
