Job Overview

Our client has a contract opportunity available for a Change Lead to provide organisational change expertise, advice and support to them.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all business change activities within the transformation program.
  • Business change management, benefits realisation, communications, stakeholder engagement and training
  • Initiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and complex issues to support change.
  • Encourage strong and supportive ownership, leadership and sponsorship through the use of effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
  • Manage the day to day operational and tactical aspects of the change program and review high level deliverables.


Essential skills:

  • Experience in designing and documenting the business change management approach to ensure strategic alignment to the realisation of business benefits by establishing baseline measures and metrics that are able to be monitored throughout the project life-cycle and post implementation.
  • Experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change strategies in large scale complex program/project(s), promoting the appropriate use of standards and techniques.
