We are looking for a Business Solutions Analyst who is comfortable working in an agile environment with the infrastructure of an already established organisation. The role is a combination of business and systems analysis. The unique aspect of a solutions analyst’s job is the level of expectation. The successful candidate will come from a large information technology department or within a consulting services firm.

Role Description: 
Lead and facilitate improvement initiatives relating to system and process issues and opportunities
Define the scope and requirements of the projects
Identify the core requirements, the total budget and time line, project resources, and expectations. 
Capture and document business functional and non-functional requirements, coordinate and own system change requests from conception to implementation
The analyst must have sufficient knowledge and training to be able to identify a list of possible solutions that would meet the client’s requirements
The final recommendation comprised of a short list of two or three solutions that would fit the majority of the client’s requirements
Manage internal and external stakeholders with regular meetings and workshops

Skills required:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role preferably within the telecommunication industry and consulting environment 
Experience in implementation of Reporting and Analytics tools preferable
Experience and knowledge with regulatory requirements for software implementation, documentation, validation, and controls
Demonstrated ability to understand and conceptually map business processes and to translate them into functional requirements and IT solutions.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must have strong stakeholder management skills, internal and external 
Must have demonstrated reporting to a General Manager 
Demonstrated ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast paced, evolving business environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills: verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. 
Excellent analytical, problem solving and report writing skills
Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment when making recommendations and evaluating alternatives, assessing functional needs and recommending process improvements.
Strongly service and solution focused
The person will report directly into the General Manager of the program of work
