Currently, we’re on the lookout for Business Development Executives to join our high-performing team and connect with SME-level organisations (50 to 200 staff), across various industries, to create quality conversations around their recruitment needs. You’ll work on a full-time basis from our Central Melbourne Office on Lonsdale Street. Working primarily with outbound leads, you’ll strive to discover an organisations recruitment goals or challenges, and identify which Scout Talent Recruitment Services and/or Software will help them attract and secure the best talent.
