You will have expertise and a track record in BD/Sales from a variety of backgrounds – such as Technical Staff Augmentation (TSA), selling Advisory and Project Management, Health checks, Cloud, Big Data, PMO and Workforce/SaaS. The role:
Reporting to the NSW Sales Director; the Business Development Director will be aligned to an industry sector to develop and manage a range of Enterprise Accounts in one of the following segments: Financial Services Telecommunications 
NSW State Government 
Energy & Utilities 
Commerce & Retail

FinXL’s portfolio consist of some of Australia’s most prestigious brands, where FinXL have bid and won high value IT projects & programs through Master Service Agreements. The Business Development Director will be responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, targeting and pursuing a variety of new business opportunities and drive successful commercial results in an end to end Business Development capacity. You will have the backing of the FinXL brand and our visible market presence within the Professional Services industry. This role will be positioned for success with the ownership of Enterprise Accounts and MSAs from which to leverage and position FinXL consulting solutions and your personal brand. 

The ideal candidate: 
Your background will be from either selling consulting services or from within the IT recruitment industry. You will have 5+ years’ experience and may have worked in another professional services environment or will be in a reputable IT recruitment brand (corporate or boutique). 
Your experience will include a track record of success in a new business solutions selling capacity. 
FinXL have ambitious growth plans and are looking for eager and commercially astute individual’s that want to develop and enhance their technical knowledge and capabilities within a consulting remit.
