Job Overview

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Business Analyst to work with a leading telecommunications.

The role will have very high exposure to senior stakeholders and as such will need a person with excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce deliverables on both a regular and ad-hoc basis.

This role exists to work across teams to collect and assess business critical data and convert it into meaningful and easily interpreted information. This information will be presented in a variety of mediums to our leadership team and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Collect information and create presentations packs/reports for regular and ad-hoc requirements
  • Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • The need to facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, and ensure the business needs and required solutions are clearly articulated to the team.

The successful candidate will include:

  • Strong previous experience as a Business Analyst preferably with telecommunications experience
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent requirements gathering & definition skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills to be able to communicate with and present information to both business and information technology stakeholders.
