Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Digital Sales Analyst to join their team based in North Sydney. You will be responsible for deploying iterative AB/multivariate testing to continually optimise conversion funnels. The ideal candidate will practice data-lead decisioning to identify the right optimisation opportunities across the business and to drive improvements in sales and NPS. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and accountability for delivering optimisation activities within a key conversion funnel, including management of the overall design and user journey in order to increase conversion rates and improve customer experience (NPS).
  • Development and maintenance of a testing roadmap on a quarterly basis, including hypotheses, forecast ROI and success metrics, to be reviewed and revised often.
  • Use Adobe Target to prototype and continuously test user journeys  that make it easier for customers to research and apply for products online.
  • Establish dashboards in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to continuously monitor the effectiveness of in-flight tests.
  • Actively contribute to ideation sessions to support new optimisation iniatives. 
  • Deliver regular reporting on the performance of optimisation activities.
  • Leverage online and other data sources to inform testing strategies, ensuring that all tests are business cased for expected ROI prior to launch.
  • Continuously monitor web real estate for optimistaion opportunities.
  • Participate in and actively contribute to the Digital Channels team.
  • Work with the UX and Content Publishing teams to develop and launch tests.
  • Advise other business units on ways to optimise and test online  customer journeys.
  • Ensure all privacy, accessibility, brand and usability compliance requirements are met.


Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in using digital analytics platforms – Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in deploying multivariate tests via Adobe Target or similar technologies. 
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and organisation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills.
